Clients are welcomed as guests in my house, “El Pinyol d’Oliva” which dates back to the medieval period. It is situated on a little “place” where olive oil was sold for centuries in the heart of a village at the foot of the Mediterranean Pyrenees. While this region remains “undiscovered”, its picturesque villages, varied landscapes, rich cultural heritage which include Cathar and Moorish legacies, give a clue as to why the French and the Spanish fought for possession of it for so long.

With a maximum of eight guests, a congenial house party atmosphere prevails. This group size allows for maximum flexibility and ensures personal attention. Fabulous walking combines with visits to markets, sites of cultural interest, and of course, the essential ingredients for any holiday: excellent food and wine.
