Safaris –the Swahili word for journeys - have always been a way of life for me.  I was born in Kenya, where the rich mix of landscapes, cultures and peoples inspired me with a love of travel from an early age. Educated in Scotland, I also trained as a cordon bleu cook in London and studied wine in France and the States. After years of experience as a freelance travel guide all over the world, I eventually created my own company: Safari Sud.
